Viva Las Vegas ~ Team Tipsy Style!

Updated: Jan 26, 2023

You guys....this past weekend was freaking AWESOME!! First of all, I qualified for this Leadership Conference in Las Vegas at the end of November and I was so stinkin' excited because I was going to FINALLY meet my upline and Team Tipsy Group Leader Jen! I love her to bits! But the fun thing was, current Leaders could invite 2 people from their downline who also had a goal to promote to Group Leader. Soooo...3 more amazing women from our Team got the exciting email with an invite and we had FIVE Team Tipsy gals there! SO MUCH FUN!!

I've been with Sipology since April of 2020, and while this was the first time meeting Jen & Christa in person, we all felt like we had known each other for years! I travelled down with 2 friends and tea-mates and arrived late Thursday evening.

We met up with the gang, a couple other Sipologists from other teams were there too, at the pub in our hotel which was the Tuscany Suites & Casino. Jen came flying through the casino and practically tackled us for a hug! It was awesome! It was quite late, so we sat in the pub and had a drink, a bite to eat and chatted a bit before heading up to our rooms. We had 4 of us in one room, Jen & I were sharing with 2 other ladies Jen knew from before, and 3 in another side by side! We had some Vegas Strip exploring to do the next morning!!

Our first official day in Vegas and we had sunshine and blue skies. It was also a tad chilly with that wind! But the palm trees made up for it! We had a lovely breakfast at the Paris Hotel, bussed it to the iconic "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, and wandered the strip! We were back at the hotel by 3:30pm to register for conference and grab our name tags and then had our lovely welcome reception where we got a gift bag, had appies, drinks, dessert, mingled and met everyone (there was about 50 of us) and had photo ops of course! Oh, and we got to meet Hatem, the CEO, who's funny, genuine & super nice as well as Kayla who does training for us and is so stinkin, lovely & sweet!

After the recpetion we hit the strip once again to check out the lights of Vegas at night and to have a lovely dinner at Trevi in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. It was delicious! We did A LOT of walking this day, my feet were sore by the time we made it back to our room. The hotels in Vegas are insanely HUGE! We got lost trying to get out of Caesars! LOL.

Saturday morning Top Sips officially kicked off! We had 8hrs of learning about the future of Sipology, hearing from Tonia (the founder), Hatem, a fabulous guest speaker who had us all dreaming BIG and so much more! I was really tired after that 8hrs, but it was amazing! We sipped new teas (coming out in the NEW Spring Catalogue) and even got to sample a product thats still in the research & develpment stage and do a survey on our thoughts. We shall see if it comes in the Fall catalogue. I can say that personally, I really liked it. We grabbed some appies and marTEAni's from our hotel lobby bar and then we got ready for our open air bus excursion. We belly laughed our way down the Vegas strip in the open, cold air and had the BEST time!

We got off the bus for a bit of free time on Fremont Street, danced our little hearts out to some live bands, then danced some more back at the hotel in the little lobby bar! A few went to bed after, but myself, Jen and 2 others ended up at the casino pub for snacks before bed at 2am. Waaaay past my bedtime, but also so much fun! Jen found the FUNNIEST list of phrases on her phone from the evening before, that apparently we felt HAD TO be remembered. OH MY GOD....died laughing when she showed us. My favourite tag line from Chrissie that she had blurted out when we were asked what we do for Sipology was: "We offer fun drinks and good times"! Seriously.....does that not need to be on a t-shirt or something?! LOL.

And then it was the last day! Sunday, the conference portion only went till noon, then we had to hug it out and say our goodbye's. I miss these ladies already and am SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL for them being in my life! Sara, Jo and I explored a couple places on the strip we had missed, then headed to the airport for home!

Three days was long enough in Vegas! But not long enough to hang with these incredible friends and tea family! We have already talked about getting together again. Where shall we meet I wonder?!

We always have room for you too! So shoot me a message with any questions you have!

Cheers!!

Jeanna
